Hunky Dory x Humpty Doo Barramundi Competition – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:
The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on Tuesday, 24th September 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 24th October 2025 ("Promotion Period").

 

How to Enter:

To enter the draw, participants must:

1. Purchase the Barramundi Special from any participating Hunky Dory location during the Promotion Period.
2. Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or digital equivalent) upon entry.
3. Submit their entry via the competition form provided (details provided at point of purchase).

 

Prizes:

Grand Prize:

• A weekend getaway for two to the Mornington Peninsula, including accommodation, dining and selected activities.
• Winner must be aged 18 years or older to claim the Grand Prize.
• The trip must be organized in advance with the competition organizer and is subject to availability and blackout dates.
• The weekend getaway will be provided in the form of vouchers for accommodation and activities. If the total cost of the trip exceeds the value of the provided vouchers, any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.

Weekly Prizes:

• One (1) prize per week for the duration of the promotion. Weekly prize winners can decide between:
  • Fresh Humpty Doo Barramundi, or
  • A Humpty Doo Dinner for Two at a participating Hunky Dory location.
    • Dinner for two includes: two main meals with Humpty Doo Barramundi; optional add-ons with total meal value up to $100AUD
• Weekly prizes must also be coordinated in advance with the organizer.

 

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Weekly Prize Winners will be drawn at random each Friday during the Promotion Period and notified via email or phone. The first drawing will take place on the 3rd October, followed by the 10th, 17th, and 24th. Grand prize winner will be drawn on Monday 27th October and notified within 3 business days. 
• All winners will be required to verify their identity and provide proof of purchase.

 

Conditions of Entry:

• Entrants may enter multiple times but must submit a separate entry and valid proof of purchase for each.
• Entrants must be residents of Australia.
• Entrants under 18 years of age may win weekly prizes but are not eligible for the Grand Prize.

 

Consent and Publicity:

By entering the competition, winners agree to:

• Have their first name, suburb, and photos published on Hunky Dory and Humpty Doo Barramundi's social media platforms and websites.
• Participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the organizers.

 

General Terms:

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If a prize is unclaimed or the winner is ineligible, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize.
